Rough Rider Overhauled.

       Milton Webb, who is somewhat colored, was arrested by Sheriff Poole Wednesday afternoon on two charges for malicious mischief.
       It is alleged that he deliberately drove into the buggy of another, which was completely wrecked.  The trouble occurred out near Rockdam and the negro was driving a livery team.
