REFERRED TO THE OLDEST INHABITANT.

    The question has been asked the Democrat as to the date of the latest frost in this part of Texas within the last twenty years.  The question was asked that an argument might be settled.

    The lady, who asks the question, contends that the latest frost within that period was on April 13, 1882; another party says it was on April 23 of that year.  Who is right, if either one?

    Pending an investigation of official records, we refer to the "Oldest Inhabitant."
