-----

Ocker Farmer Suicides.

Temple, Tex., Dec. 11--Overcome by a fit of despondency, Christopher K-(?) thenschenfeiser, an aged man, ended his life own life at Ocker, a small settlement twenty miles east of Temple, last night by hanging.  The man was a native of Prussia and was unmarried, being 56 years of age.  So far as can be learned he had no relatives in this country.  The body was cold when discovered and life had been extinct some hours.  Self destruction was accomplished by means of a rope thrown over a rafter in the main living room at the residence of Mrs. B. Ocker, by whom he was employed as a farm hand.  An inquest was held by Justice T. G. Binkley of this city and a verdict rendered in accordance with the above facts.
