McBryde & Dillard vs. the S. A. & A. P. Rail Company

     The damage case of McBryde & Dillard vs. the S. A. & A. P. Raiway (sic) Company was called for trial in county court Friday.  The suit is for the recovery of damages alleged to have been incured to a shipment of horses.  The case has been pending for quite awhile.  The plaintiffs are represented by J. W. Woods and Tom Connally and the defendant company by Waller S. Baker of Waco.
