Tex., Dec. 2.--Louis Kreuger, a young man residing at Riesel, was arraigned
before E. M. Overshiner, justice of the peace, here this morning on charges of
forgery and passing a forged instrument. Examining trials were had and
defendant's bond fixed at $500 in each case, which he failed to give and was
remanded to jail to await the action of the grand jury.
