       The following cases have been disposed of in county court:

       C. D. Jackson, carrying a pistol, plea of guilty, fined $100.

       Geo. James, carrying a pistol, plea of guillty, fined $100.

       Anderson Parker, gaming, plea of guilty, fined $10.00.

       The following cases were dismissed:

       Ned Weems, gaming;
       Will Shields, aggravated assault;
       Sam Pierson, assault and carrying a pistol;
       Banks Martin, assault;
       John Smith, assault;
       W. M. Walker, theft;
       John Grilla, fornication;
       Chas. Scott, James Brown, Fox Jones, Sherman Richardson,
       Judge Deshon and Jim Deshon, gaming.

       Continued: 

       A. C. McBride, carrying a pistol;
       Will Young, carrying a pistol;
       Richard Lark, gaming;
       Rich Parker, abusive language and aggravated assault.

       In the case of Frank Hamilton, the bond was declared forfeited and an alias capias ordered issued.
