Four to Hang on One Gallows.

       Lancaster, Pa.., Oct. 2--Sheriff Ziegler has completed preparation for the execution of the four Italians who are to pay the death penalty on one gallows here tomorrow.  The execution of four persons on a single scaffold is believed to be without precedent in Pennsylvania.
