Fined $10.00 for Homicide.

       Burl Giles was fined $10.00 Monday in county court for killing Frank Jenkins.  Both negroes.
       The tragedy occurred at a baseball game and Giles claimed that it was an accident.  He was charged with negligent homicide and to this charge he plead guilty.
       The fine in such cases may be any sum not exceeding $1000, and imprisonment in county jail, at option of court or jury.
      
       In another case in district court, sometime since, a negro was fined $1.00 for a similar offense.
