Fined for Stealing.

Three negroes, charged with theft from a boarding car at Reagan, plead guilty
before Judge Boyles and were each fined $1.00 and one day in jail.
The negroes who plead guilty were Geo.
Tibbs, Phil Davis and Jake Reagan. Eula Williams, the fourth negro,
arrested in connection with the case, was discharged as an investigation
developed nothing against him.
