COUNTY COURT CONVENES.

 

Two Pleas of Guilty for Carrying

Concealed Weapons.

 

    Two pleas of guilty to charges for carrying concealed weapons were entered in county court Monday.

 

    John McCann plead guilty to carrying brass knucks and drew a fine of an even $100 and the costs on the side.

 

    Sam Perryman admitted that he was guilty of carrying a pistol and he was given sixty days in jail and the costs.  He will put in the sixty days with Coxey's army at Chilton.

 

    Today is the first day of the December term of the court.  Not a great deal of business is up for the term.

 

    A charge has been docketed against E. D. McArthur, the Travis school teacher, alleging that he carried a pistol to the school building.
