Contract Closed For Fire Works.

The committee on amusements and privileges for the fair has closed a contract
with the Martin Fire Works Co., for a three nights display during the fair.
The company is said to rank next to Paine's and comes highly recommended by the
association at Lampasas.
H. G. Rush, chairman of the announcement
committee, is corresponding with several balloonists, high divers and other
persons to bring attractions to Marlin Sept. 4, 5 and 6, and expects to have
something worth while in that line.
