Commissioners' Court.
-----

The commissioners' court convened Monday afternoon in regular quarterly session.  There is quite a lot business on the calendar for this term and the court is now considering the various matters in their order.  The matter of better public roads is receiving the attention of the court.  A number of petitions for new roads were heard and considered.
The only order, aside from road matters, passed at the session Monday after was one refunding to A. S. Haber, administrator of the estate of I. J. Sawyer, deceased, the sum of $173.64 unexpired license.
