Commissioners Court Minutes.

       Cox & Magee were released from the convict bnad of Abe Young.

       Judge Boyles was granted a leave of absence of ten days from the county.

       Miss Frankie Hazlewood was allowed $5.00 per month, Alex Taylor $3.00 and Amos Sanders $3.00 for pauper allowance.

       Allowance for Bulah Nelson was cancelled.

       Account an error in the rendition of the property of W. S. Peterson for the year 1904, that part of same referring to block 144 in town of Lott, was ordered cancelled.

       In the matter of the proposed opening of a new road on the petition of J. T. Somervell, the court adhered to its former decision to rescind its original order opening said road.
