The State of
Texas. To all persons interested in the estate of Mrs. Malinda C.
Watters, deceased: A. L. Coleman, J. C. Criswell and J. M. Watters,
executors of the estate of Mrs. Malinda C. Watters, deceased, has filed in the
county court of Falls county their final account of the condition of said
estate, together with an application to be discharged as executors thereof,
which will be heard by our said court on the 3rd Monday in October, A. D. 1907,
same being the 21st day of October, A. D. 1907, at the court house of said Falls
county in Marlin, Texas, at which time and place all persons are required to
appear and contest said final account and application if they see proper.
