CITATION BY PUBLICATION.
The State of
Texas: To the Sheriff or any Constable of Falls County,
Greeting:
You are hereby commanded, That, by making publication of this Citation in some
newspaper published in the county of Falls, for four weeks previous to the
return day hereof, you summon Bolib Arnold, whose residence is unknown, to be
and appear before the Honorable District Court, at the next regular termto be
holden in the county of Falls, at the court house thereof, in Marlin, Texas, on
the second Monday in January, A. D. 1908, file number being 7303, and then and
there to answer the petiition of Mary Arnold, filed in said court on the 5th day
of December, A. D. 1907, against the said Golib Arnold, alleging in substance as
follows, to-wit:

The
plaintiff and defendant was legally married on or about the 11th day of
November, 1900, and that defendant on or about the 8th day of July, 1901,
voluntarily left and abandoned this plaintiff with the intention of permanently
remaining away from said plaintiff, and that since that time they have not lived
together as man and wife.
That this action on the part of the defendant was a wilful abandonment on his
part and without cause on the part of the plaintiff, and that said term of
abandonment has been more than three years since next preceding the filing of
this suit.
That the whereabouts of this defendant is to the plaintiff unknown, and she also
sues and prays for judgment for costs of court, for such general and special
relief as to the court may seem proper and right.
Herein fall not, but have you then and there before said court this writ, with
your return thereon, showing how you have executed the same.
Given under my and and the seal of said court, in Marlin, Texas, this 5th day of
December, A. D. 1907.
