Charged With Theft of Cotton.

Frank Wirtzerkowsky was arrested Thursday by Deputy Watkins on the charge of
theft of 173 pounds of seed cotton from J. E. Powell of Harmony Hill community.
The cotton and two sacks, in which it was
carried from the field, were recovered.
