Miss Alice Burgess and Mr. G. W. Beatty were united in marriage at the residence
of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Mires at seven o'clock Wednesday evening, Rev. O. T.
Hotchkiss officiating.
The wedding was a quiet affair, only a few intimate friends and relatives being
present.
The groom is local manager for the Waters-Pierce Oil Company in this city.
The bride is a
neice (sic) of Mrs. Mires and numerous friends extend congratulations.
