Bryan to Tour New York.

       New York, Oct. 19.--Willliam J. Bryan will make a stumping tour of this state next week under the auspices of the New York Progressive Democratic league.  The tour will open in this city Monday night with a meeting in Cooper Union.  Whether the important political announcement Mr. Bryan has announced as forthcoming will be made next week or reserved for a latter date is a matter in which politicians are displaying considerable interest.
