Bank Examiner's Visit.
Bank Examiner Van Zant arrived in Marlin Tuesday afternoon on his periodical
visit of inspection of the national banks as required by the federal banking
laws.
Mr. Van Zant is a man that does not say much but while here he took occasion to
say that the Marlin banks were conducted in strict accordance with the banking
laws and that their condition was very satisfactory.
