Arrested For The Hortsman Murder.
-----

Cameron,  Sept. 30.--There was considerable suppressed excitement in the streets this evening when it was known that Dr. W. R. Newton, a prominent physician of Buckholts, had been arrested in connection with the killing of Theodore Hortsman, a well known cotton ginner and business man of Buckholts who was killed a few nights ago.  The accused was given a speedy preliminary examination and was granted bond in the sum of $3000 which being promptly furnished, he was released from custody and the case passed up to the Milam county grand jury for attention, that body being due to convene very shortly.
