ARRESTED AN ARMY DESERTER.

Marlin Marshal Picks Him up at
Mineral Wells.
-----

Graham D. Moore, who is alleged to be a deserter from the United States army, was arrested by City Marshal Stallworth of Marlin in Mineral Wells and turned him over to the federal authorities at Dallas Thursday.
Moore left Marlin, having remained here several weeks.  He was known as Jeff Clark and was a barber by trade.  He was wanted here on a minor charge and it was for this purpose that Marshal Stallworth followed him to Mineral Wells.
It is stated that Moore enlisted in Dallas a year or two since and that he deserted the army in Montana.
After reaching Dallas the Marlin officer found that he was wanted on the more serious charge and surrendered him to the proper authorities.
Certain articles missing from barber shops here will be recovered.
