"The most beautiful wedding of the season was that of Charlie Stone and Miss Lella Bowers on last Tuesday night at the of the bride, Mrs. R. R. Bowers.  The bride was attired in white silk and the groom wore the conventional black. There was a large crowd of relatives and friends present. Bro. Morgan of Durango performed the ceremony. They received a number of nice wedding presents. After the ceremony was over, the young folks went to the of E. V. Hairston, where a reception was given by their daughter, Miss Edd, in honor of the bride and groom."
