Indictments.

The grand jury
reported eight felony and two misdemeanor indictments Wednesday. The felony
indictments as follows:
Joe Smith, burglary 4 cases.
Hy Perkins, attempted criminal assault.
Abraham Harvey, theft of hog.
Will Berry, theft from person.
Jeff McFarland, theft from person.
Joe Smith, is the negro charged with burglarizing a number of houses in
Marlin in October last. All the defendants in felonies are in custody.
