ROSEBUD "TACKY PARTY."

       Early last Friday eve the young people from most every in the town began gathering in the hospitable of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Jones clad in costumes fit only for the ever "Jolly Tacky Party".  The costumes were of every kind and class of characters and were well gotten up indeed.
       The Indian, the Darky, the Peasant, and all other kinds of people were finely represented.  Games were played for quite awhile after which came the awarding of prizes by the judges, Mesdames, Garrison, Orchard and Kollatt.
       Prizes were awarded as follows:
       Tackiest boy, Leonard Foster, received a a handsome jar of hose.
       Tackiest girl, Miss Murl Tuttle received a beautiful point lace "kerchief'
       "Booby" prizes as follows:
       Most comical boy, Cliff Barrett, received a package of Old Virginia cheroots.
       Most comical girl, Miss Mabel Asbury, received a box of Levi Garrett snuff and brush.
       Music was furnished by the string band.
       Guests departed about 12 o' clock, everyone thanking their host and hostess for such a pleasant evening, which was one of the most delightful ever spent in Rosebud.
