In this issue of the DEMOCRAT appears
the name of T. J. Kemper for assessor of taxes in Falls county, subject to the
action of the democratic primary. Mr. Kemper is a native Texan and has
been engaged in the wagon yard business in Marlin for ten years. He is,
therefore, well known all over the county and his friends believe he will prove
a strong candidate.
