Asks for $975 for Damage to Property.
-----

Chas. D. Newbold has, through his attorney, Z. I. Harlan, field suit to the county court against the International and Great Northern railroad for damages in the sum of $975.00.
The plaintiff alleges in his petition that his residence property on Falls street has been damaged to the above amount by reason of the railroad constructing its tracks along said street, upon which street his property abuts.
It will be remembered that Mr. Newbold was one of those who declined to sign the waiver of damages when the matter of permitting the road to go on Falls street was up for consideration.
