      COUNTY OF FALLS,
     By virtue of an order of sale, issued out of the honorable county court of McLennan county, on the 22nd day of June A. D. 1904, by the clerk thereof, in the case of Nash, Robinson & Co., a corporation, versus J. G. Oltorf, No, 5414, and to me, as sheriff, directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell for cash, within the hours prescribed by law for sheriff's sales, on the first Tuesday in August A. D. 1904, it being the 2nd day of said month, before the court house door of said Falls county, in the city of Marlin, the following described property, to wit:
     The following tract or parcel of land in Falls county, Texas, the lot known as the opera house lot in Marlin, Texas, beginning at a stake in the north line of Coleman street, 8 feet east from the S E corner of the Samuels residence lot for S W corner of this; thence with the north line of Coleman street 60 feet to & stake for S E corner of this; thence north 103 feet to stake in the south line of an alley; thence west with said south line 60 feet to corner; thence south with the east line of au alley 103 feet to beginning, levied on as the property of J. G. Oltorf to satisfy a judgment amounting to $350.35 in favor of Nash, Robinson & Co., a corporation, and costs of suit.
     Given under my hand, this 25th day of June A. D., 1904.
