Seaborn Spradlin

Seaborn was actually born in 1834.  He was born in Coweta County, Georgia.  He enlisted in the confederate service in 1862 in Randolph County, Alabama.  He was a farmer.

He was wounded in the "battle of Gainsmill" part of the First Cold Harbor in the Peninsula Campaign March - September 1862.  There were 15,500 total estimated casualties.  The battle was lead by Robert E. Lee.

He is the first in his line to relocate to Texas following the Civil War.  He is the father of William Pinckney Green Spradlin, The grandfather of Seaborn Daniel Spradlin, and my great, great, great, grandfather.  Many of his respectful descendants reside in Falls County, and the surrounding areas.
