PROBATE NOTICE.
To all persons interested in the
Estate of W. J. Steele, Deceased: - R. H. Steele, guardian of the said estate,
W. J. Steele, non compos, has field in the county court of Falls county his
final account of the condition of said estate, together with an application to
be discharged as guardian thereof, which will be heard by our said court on the
third Monday in August A D, 1904, same being the 15th day of August A D, 1904,
at the court house of said Falls county in Marlin, Texas, at which time and
place all persons interested in said estate are required to appear and contest
said final account and application, if they see proper.
WITNESS - W. C. Rogers, clerk of the county court of
Falls county. Given under my hand and the seal of
said court, at my office in Marlin, on the 13th day of June, A D, 1904.
