    By authority vested in me, hereby call a delegated convention to meet in Marlin, Saturday, March 12, 1904, at 1 o'clock, for the purpose of electing delegates to the state convention, which convenes in the City of Dallas March 22, 1904, and the congressional convention of this district.
     Precinct chairmen will hold I precinct primary March 5, and elect delegates to the county convention.
     NOTICE: No one will be allowed to participate, vote, or elected as a delegate who has not compelled with the Terrell election law.
