"MARLIN SPITS" WATER

     McBride & Taylor, proprietors "Marlin Spits", have received notice from the department at Washington that their application for registration of the label, "Marlin Splits", Marlin Natural Mineral Water, carbonated or plain, has been allowed and that their certificate would be forth-coming in a few days. All the details of registration have now be complied with by them and their rights protected. The register number is 6086 which will be used or their labels. These gentlemen feel highly encouraged at the flattering reception accorded their product, orders coming briskly now.
