THE TOM KELLY CASE.
The case of the state of
Texas vs Tom Kelly, charged with assault to murder Joe Woodland was called in
district court Monday morning.
The entire day was consumed in the trail of
the case and the arguments were made at the night session of the court.
Up to going to press the jury had not
agreed on a verdict.
