HORSE THIEF CAUGHT.

    Henry Waters, a negro, was arrested Thursday night at Mart on a charge of horse theft preferred against him by Henry Vann, of this county.

    About two weeks ago a fine horse disappeared from Mr. Vann's lot and at the same time Henry Waters disappeared.  Search for the negro and horse soon resulted in locating the horse at Mart where he had been disposed of by the negro.  The horse was returned to the owner.

    City Marshal Coleman went to Mart after the negro and returned with him next afternoon.  He is now a guest in the county jail.
