FEARFUL CRIME.
Brucevill (sic), Tex:
News has been received here of a terrible crime on a little white girl, 9 years
old, daughter of John Clifton, wh lives at Mooreville, in Falls county by a
negro. The negro has not yet been caught and it is feared he can't be
identified. The children were at alone. The victims says he hit her
with a stick so as to bring blood from her body.
