District Court Notes.

The cases against R. B. and O. E. Black, charged with forgery is reset for Aug. 21st.

The case against the Ben Arcinago has been reset for Aug. 13.

The temporary injunction restraining the city from selling the house and lot of Mrs. A. Niedbal for taxes was perpetuated.  The ground for the injunction was that the judgement under which the land was sought to be sold, was obtained against August Niedbal, whereas the property belonged to his wife.

A divorce was granted I. P. Spivey against his wife, Maud Spivey.  By agreement the wife retains the custody of the children.

The Eugene Graham case was called Tuesday a. m.  This case was b(r)ought to this county on a change of venue from Robertson county.  The defendant is charged with being an accessory to the killing of Allie Boswell in February 1900, his brother Guy Graham being charged as principal.  The case has attracted a great deal of attention owing to the prominence of the parties and the circumstances surrounding the case.  The trial will probably last two or three days.  A great many Robertson county people are in attendance.
