Delinquent Tax List City of Marlin.
Records of Lands, Lots, or Parks of Lots in the City of Marlin, Falls County,
Texas, reported delinquent for the years as stated, for city taxes of the city
of Marlin, as shown by Delinquent Tax Record No. 1, City of Marlin.

Interest on each and every item of tax in this list is to be computed at the
rate of six per cent annum collectable in addition to the tax and penalty.
1. F. M. Burkhead, Tax Assessor and Collector of the City of Marlin, hereby
certify that the foregoing list from page 1 to page 12 inclusive contains a
complete list of all lands and lots that have been reported delinquent since
January lst, 1892, showing for what years said lands and lots are
delinquent, and were reported delinquent; and also the names of respective
owners at the time of such delinquency, the number of acres, or the number
of the lot and black where known as such; the amount of all taxes assessed
against the owner thereof, and returned delinquent each year, as shown by
the records in my office. I further certify that in making up the foregoing
list, such corrections have been made, and omissions supplied therein, so
that the descriptions will identify the respective lands or lots to which
they relate; and that in bulk assessments, where the property is not
contiguous and used for the same purposes, or where it was not rendered by
the owner in bulk, I have apportioned to each tract or lot of land
separately its pro rata share of the entire tax, penalty and interest for
each year shown. This 13th day of October, 1902.
