NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

The State of Texas, )  To the Creditors
  County of Falls       )         of Devine &
                                                 Loughmiller:
       You are hereby notified that I. N. Devine and J. W. Loughmiller composing the firm of Devine & Loughmiller of the county of all s, on the 4th day of April, A.D., 1902, executed a deed of alingnment conveying to the undersigned all their property for the benefit of such of their creditors as will consent to accept their proportional share of their respective claims, and that the undersigned accepted said trust and has duly qualified as required by law.
       All creditors consenting to said assignment must within four months from publication of this notice, make known to the assignee their consent in writing and within six months from date of this notice file their claimes, prescribed by law, with the undersigned who resides at Marlin, Texas, which is also his post office address.
       Witness my hand this 8th day of April, 1902.
