COMMISSIONERS' COURT.

       Resignation of R. L. Byrd as justice of the peace of Precinct 8, accepted and W. A. Martin appointed to fill vacancy.
       Resignation of J. U. Richey, constable of Precinct 4, accepted and A. R. Jones appointed to fill vacancy.
       Mrs. Sarah Latrobe was granted $5 monthly allowance.
       Name of Ed Young was stricken from the pension rolls and his allowance stopped until further orders.
       Officers reports approved as follows:  W. D. Gaines, R. S. McCoy, M. O. Nix.
       Ordered by court that in the event E. J. Moore, present janitor, does not comply with his work and does not give satisfaction the county judge is hereby authorized to discharge him and employ someone else in his stead.
       Ordered that County Judge and Commissioner R. A. Read be authorized to have all necessary work done around court house and jail and it is further ordered that said work begin at once.
       County Judge authorized to sell bath tubs in jail and supply same with necessary zinc tubs for use of prisoners.
