CHOATS vs VAHLA
The civil docket in the county court
was taken up Monday. But one case was disposed of at the morning session, that
of J. H. Choats vs Geo. Vahla, which was a suit for damages on a liquor dealer's
bond. Vahla, engaged in the liquor business at Rosebud, is charged by Choats
with selling liquor to a minor and damages to the extent of $500 were asked. The
case went out on demurrers of defendant to plaintiff's petition.
