CARNIVAL FINANCES.
Chairman Taylor has
completed a statement showing the financial transactions of the street fair and
merchants carnival; totals as follows--
Received from shows and privileges $368.78;
from contributions $270. Total receipts-$638.78. Expenses $538.09,
leaving a balance $100.09 on hand. There are a few minor bills yet to be
paid, which will reduce the net proceeds to about $75, which amount will go to
the Wednesday afternoon social club.
