THE CONGRESSIONAL CAMPAIGN.

       The voters of Falls county should wait and hear both Mr. Henry and Mr. Thomas, congressional aspirants in a full and fair discussion of all the issues befor (sic) making up their minds to vote for either.  This is the way t(o) elect an honest and competent man.  One who stands with the masses as against the classes, and by the right, as against the wrong.  If the people act hastily they have no one to blame but themselves.  Any effort to take snap judgment on the people by forming clubs in advance, is done to commit the people so they can't vote as they please.
