J. H. Powell is in Marlin from Austin on a visit.

Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Causby of Hempstead are guests in the of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Olinger.

W. F. Doughty, former superintendent of Marlin schools, is here from San Marcos for his health.

Misses Nancy and Lois Eddins, councillors (sic) at Camp Kiwanis near Dallas, are spending the weekend at home.

C. M. Jeter and family of Beaumont are Marlin visitors, stopping here to see friends of their former residence in this city while on a vacation trip.
