J. W. Mundell, (missing) recently, is reported somewhat (im)
proved.

Up to October 18 Falls county ginned 70,439 bales of 1931 cotton as against 58, 795 to same date last year.

Dr. and Mrs. A. C. Hornbeck of Marlin have returned from a trip to New York City.  While there, Dr. Hornbeck attended the American
College of Surgeons meeting and later did post graduate work.

Suit has been filed in the 77th district court at Groesbeeck against Limestone county to divorce that area of the Ben Hur school district that lies in Falls county, to permit them to join the Otto independent school district.  The area effected comprises about ten per cent of the Ben Hur school district which was formed as a county line district.
