1837 Died December 29, 1906 in Travis, Texas Falls Co. and is buried in
Wilderville Texas Powers Chapel Cemetery.
He went into the
service as a private in Co. F 27 Inf. September 9, 1861 at Camp Stephens
- near Giffen, Georgia. He was promoted to Sergeant March 1862. He
is my 2nd Great Uncle.
