Waddel Pierce Williams, Sr., b May 11, 1873 in Oenaville, Bell County, Texas, d
September 3, 1966 in Magnolia, Columbia County, Arkansas while visiting his son,
Charles Wesley Williams, and buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Tyler, Smith County,
Texas-was a son of Lawson Charles and Nancy Jane (Waddell) Williams.
On October 27, 1895 in Miami, Roberts County, Texas, Waddell Pierce Williams was
married to Cora Jane Boney, b September 12, 1878 at Oenaville, Bell County,
Texas, d January 29, 1968 and buried by her husband in Rose Hill Cemetery at
Tyler-a daughter of John Alexander and Mary Jane (Hill) Boney.
Cora Jane was a teacher; and Waddell Pierce was a Teacher and a Magnolia
Petroleum Company Purchasing Agent. Cora Jane was reared in the Baptist Church;
but after her marriage, she joined the Methodist Church with her husband, who
had been reared in that denomination.
Waddell Peirce and Cora Jane (Boney) Williams were the parents of seven
children:
Eva Mae Williams, b July 16, 1896 in Miami, Roberts County, Texas-married
November 27, 1919 in Dallas, Texas to Samuel H. Eby. They had LeVerne Eby; and
Joyce Eby.
Ina Jane Williams, b September 8, 1903 in Waco, McLennan County, Texas-married
June 20, 1924 in Dallas, Texas to Frank Cannon. They had Carol Adele(Cannon)
Heath; Marylin (Cannon) Harrison; and Francine (Cannon) Pechacek.
Charles Wesley Williams, b September 8, 1903 in Waco, McLennan County,
Texas-married November 30, 1923 to Salome Thompson. They had Ruth (Williams)
Lloyd; Jean (Williams) Jordan; and Charles Wesley Williams, Jr.
Waddell Pierce Williams, Jr., b October 29, 1905 in Waco, McLennan County,
Texas-married June 9, 1929 in Marlin, Falls County, Texas to Marie Baeuchle, b
March 12, 1909-a daughter of Paul Ferdinand and Rachel (Wieting) Baeuchle. They
had two children, Waddell Pierce III; and Doris Jeanine (Williams) Sissom.
Ira Lawson Williams, b November 7, 1908 in Dallas, Texas-married September 10,
1930 to Lillian Ione Tarvin. They had Byron Lee Williams; Roger Neal Williams;
and Rowena Ann (Williams) McKenzie.
Elaine Williams, b January 9, 1917 in Dallas, Texas-married June 24, 1938 in
Dallas to John Finley Doyle, Jr. They had John Finley Doyle, III; James Allen
Doyle; Richard Walter Doyle; and David Patrick Doyle.
Donald Leon Williams, b June 1, 1920 in Dallas, Texas-married November 25, 1950
to Helen Marie Wohlford. They reared two children: Bret Lee Williams (a); and
Jan Marie Williams (a).
