HERBERT THEODORE RADLE

     Herbert Theodore Radle, b February 21, 1921 at Lott, Falls County, Texas - was a son of Ernest John and Clara Jane (Tepe) Radle, who were married on February 12, 1920 in Lott.

     On November 13, 1942, Herbert entered the U.S. Army Air Corps, and after training in Florida and Wisconsin, he served in the China-Burma Theater of War, in China and Okinawa, and was awarded the Presidential Citation. He was discharged on January 18, 1946.

     After the end of World War II, Herbert returned to Falls County. He married FranceS Pearl Tyboroski, b January 19, 1926 in Marlin, Falls County, Texas - a daughter of Lige and Antonette (Widacki) Tyboroski. They are the parents of three daughters:

     Cynthia Ann Radle, b September 13, 1952 in Marlin. She is not married.

     Virginia Radle, b February 9, 1955 in Marlin - married April 6, 1980 to Nels Skaalid.

     Janet Marie Radle, b March 9, 1958 in Marlin - married June 16, 1984 to Phillip Short.
