Julius Harper Youngblood The back of the picture says it was taken when Harper was 20. We do not know what the uniform was. He went to Baylor. Did the students wear uniforms at Baylor back then? He also taught school somewhere; could be that school required uniforms. The picture was given to me by Nancy Youngblood Counts, granddaughter of Harper. |
