Obituary F. W. Reidenbach, Former Resident   Fred W. Reidenbach, 63, prominent farmer, died early Monday night at his home in Merkel, Texas. Although he had been in bad health for some time, his death was unexpected. Services were held at the Methodist Church in Merkel on Tuesday, Rev. P. H. Gates officiating with interment in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Reidenbach was born in Missouri Ma y 2, 1870 and came to Texas about 54 years ago, settling in Ellis County. A few years later he moved to Taylor County where he farmed near Merkel. Survivors include his wife, Agnes McClain Reidenbach, two daughters, Mrs. Mary Click and Miss Bessie Reidenbach and one granddaughter, Winnie Merle Click; a sister, Miss Georgia Reidenbach who lived with him; three half brothers, Dennis and Dan Reidenbach, Merkel; Mark Reidenbach of Colorado; three half sisters, Miss Winnie of Colorado; Mrs. Beulah [ illegible] of Merkel and Mrs. Fowler of Palm Beach  and one son Joe Reidenbach.   Copyright © 2008-2016, Ellis County TXGenWeb.
