Obituary Yancy Montgomery Contributed by Jane Bell Smith   Ellis County Mirror Jan. 10, 1907 The news of the death of Mr. Montgomery brought great sorrow to our town. He died last Thursday of typhoid fever in Texarkana and was buried there the next day. He was the brother of Mrs. Mark Wright and Mrs. J. Quarles and lived here in his earlhy manhood.
