Obituary J. L. Jackson   The Dallas Morning News, Aug. 8, 1915 Special to the News, Waxahachie, Tex. Aug. 7.  Word was received here today that J. H. L. Jackson of Maypearl dropped dead yesterday afternoon in Chickamauga Ga. where he had gone a week ago  to visit his childhood home. Mr. Jackson, 79,  was a Confederate veteran and had been a resident of Ellis County for 58 years.  The body will be shipped to Maypearl for burial.  A surviving son is Dr. W B.
